ready to give a 10 - 15 minute presentation of your documentation
project on your assigned day below.
All students in the class must attend all of these talks. Attendance will be recorded! The following schedule is a target. If we get behind, your presentation may have to be pushed to the next class meeting. Be ready on the day you are assigned!
You must show between 5-10 minutes of video and speak for between 5-10 minutes for a total of 10-15 minutes of presentation.
In the presentation, you must:
1. Briefly tell us what the communication you are documenting is and why you think it is worth documenting.
2. Then, tell us what you have gotten done, what has gone well, and what has not gone well.
3. Show a sample of your video.
4. Raise at least one question for us to discuss for 5-10 minutes. Your question(s) can be about how to construct your video or be more theoretical.
Remember: The goal here is must like that of the video: to communicate to us why you picked the communication you did to document and why you think it matters to archive it!

Before you come to yours, be sure you have checked to IRB certification and NETID validity by registering on the UW@MINDS site:
Register for the UWMinds Site by doing the following:
1. Go to http://minds.wisconsin.edu/
2. On the left side of the page, under "Deposit materials", click "log in"
3. Choose "UW System Authentication Hub"
4. Select "UW-Madison" as the campus, and enter your netid and password
5. If that's successful, the student can click "log out", under "Deposit materials"
The be sure to attend yours unless you have already upoaded by the time its yours! Other spots and help cannot be guarenteed save for during the reseved slot you were assigned.
